"We decided on this property mainly due to its location and price. A one night stay as we were catching an early ferry. The room was basic, clean, tidy, and suited our needs. Communication with owner was good through the app. Many thanks for the use of your property. Regards Gary "

"Lovely new clean hotel. It’s an older persons living facility but that is no issue. The area is still being built but there was no noise from construction. The car park is unfinished but again not an issue. The breakfast was cheap and good. It’s a little out of the main areas but 20mins walk from the beach or @10mins walk to nice restaurants. "
