Exit to the patio. Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Upper floor: living room with satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the garden, to the patio. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 80 - 100 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Lounge. Terrace partly roofed, south facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), sitting area. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Non-smoking house. Rustico mit Charme
Einerseits gute Ausgangslage für Wanderferien, andererseits etwas nah ander Lukmanier-Strasse. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
