"The concierge was the best informed we have experienced. Bar is excellent. Hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only complaint is that the shower did not have a grab bar, at least not in our room. "

"Way better than I was expecting. The service was great and the room was beautiful. I loved the burlesque theme throughout, it wasn't tacky of tatty. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, not many alternatives out for vegans or lactose intolerant but just ask staff. Would definitely stay again. "

"The pros were the location, close to the airport and Amsterdam Central, great local transport links and supermarkets nearby, and it was a surprisingly quiet area considering its proximity to university dorms. My room was clean when I checked in, the communal areas like the lifts, reception and hallways were all very clean too. I only spoke to one member of reception staff but he was friendly and helpful.
