"Stopped here on the way to the netherlands and it exceeded my expectations. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, pretty easy/straight forward check in,, very spacious room, safe(quiet) area, and dog friendly. I would make a note that I needed to call them to let them know I would be checking in quite late (after reception hours) but they left a key for me in the lock box. "Cozy place to stay, 25 mins walk to a city centre along river Elbe if you like or via streets.
We arrived early, a reception lady tild us our toom was actually ready for us, we were very happy as we wanted go to a city. A lsy at receptionist was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She recommended us a great place to have a local beer and food, hiddin from main streets and tourists. Check in was super fast.
Our room in 2nd floor was very spacious, so was a bathroom with a bath tub....

"This hotel is huge but welcoming. The room was a decent amount of space with a comfortable bed. I love that you can do your laundry here. This is a plus for a hotel. I would recommend this hotel for travelling families because of this feature. There is only one washing machine and one dryer but the facilitate free. "

"super Aufenthalt, war vor Jahren schonmal da und hatte das Gefühl, es wurde renoviert? In meinen Augen, dass einzige Manko, der Wasserhahn im Waschbecken ist zu weit am Rand, sodass man sich kaum den Mund richtig ,,ausspülen'' kann, ansonsten super :-) "

"Excellent and clean room, but late check-in typical as in many reviews. Came in about 9pm , reception should be still open 1hr , but was closed. Check-in machine was typically broken...wasted time for calling to get access code etc "
