"Very good staff, space and facilities (breakfast/spa). Initially, I had difficulties as I had booked a room that was not available upon check-in. Nena (front office manager) resolved the issue to my satisfaction (many thanks Nena and team). Overall, a very relaxing three night stay in Split. I would suggest to future guests to make use of the hotel facilities (spa/shuttle bus etc)and ask questions - staff will help you."

"There have been several negative reviews regarding this hotel and I couldn’t disagree more. Although I can’t comment on the restaurant for dinner - the selection at breakfast is ample. Originally being a party of 10 which became 6 the reception staff were very flexible when I requested to swap all of our rooms around. 3 of us were in an executive room on the 8th floor - this room was brilliant, spacious, 2 toilets with a shower and a bath. Sea view. Towels changed daily. I messaged ahead of our stay and the staff provided a bouquet of flowers balloons and Prosecco. One of our rooms had a faulty tv and they changed it with hours. The only downside we experienced was a sticky door which they did mention in advance. Staff were friendly and efficient - I think some people find them abrupt and rude but I think this can some times be down to a language barrier. The beach front directly in front is now open although still works going on close by - this didn’t impact us at all. Pool area is nice although water is freezing! I door pool jacuzzi and spa treatments are great. We had a lovely stay and would return. "

"The furnishing is luxurious and the rooms are spacious. We asked for a two bedroom apartment. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, our apartment offered a large kitchen, a large living room, a large balcony, 2 large bathrooms, and a third smallish bathroom. The place is a residence apartment facility. It does not offer dining services like regular hotels. The ground floor has a 24-hour front desk with a courteous staff, a free cappuccino machine, and an infinity pool with a great view of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding islands. One of our daily highlights is to grab a cappuccino, sit at a table next to the infinity pool, and enjoying the view of the ocean for an hour. In terms of dining, there are several good restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. Some of the them have a reasonably priced menu (e.g. grilled fish, grilled vegetables, and a glass of wine for 30 euro). In terms of transportation, you can take an Uber to the ferry port for roughly 6 euro during non-rush hours and 8.5 euro during rush hour. There is a path that you can use to walk to the ferry port in roughly 30 minutes. 90% of the path is on a concrete walkway right along the beach. "

"What a stunning resort - had an exceptional experience. Great value and ultra modern with stunning views over the Adriatic. Also not as many tourists as the rest of Split which gives you a sense of tranquility and makes you feel like you’re on a private island. Will come again. Only comment is there are a lot of kids so for couples this is something to consider, perhaps some adult only areas would be nice. "
