The apartment is only a short car drive away from a large Edeka for grocery shopping and a beautiful lake (Untreusee) for hiking. The train station is close (a nice 12 min walk along a small river) with fast connections to Hof, Bayreuth, Regensubrg. The online description of the place is accurate. Fussball table, coffee maker, towels, sauna, room darkening covers on windows, deck for watching the sunset, countryside beautiful, air conditioner for sleeping area.
