Restaurant kitchen closes after 8 pm too, but they still serve drinks and charcuterie. Some staff spoke English and it was helpful because the receptionist did not. "Arrived at 10.30pm after a day of visiting clients and a long drive from Dusseldorf where we got held up in a lot of traffic to find out the hotel was closed no one was there and now stuck with nowhere to go.
