"We were visiting family. Location was easy to find. Secluded area at the end of the road. Stunning retreat for a relaxing country getaway. The house was fully loaded with amenities and a perfect layout for family. Very up to date with appliances and finish out. The stars at night were breathtaking. My only feedback since traveling with an almost 2-year-old and it was 90 all week midday (during naptime). The AC was not working. "Great location. There were a few issues with the shower not draining properly the first night, but it cleared up. There wasn’t a hair dryer even though it was listed. Jamie said that someone took it a couple of days before. A hot tub was listed, but we didn’t see it. The house was clean, the location was great. All in all a good place to rent for fishing trips to the San Juan river. The bedrooms are all upstairs, so not good for folks with medical issues."

We took our griddle after reading a few reviews but we were able to use the grill on property without issue. I also believe there was a smoker!
