Lovely setting and location
Nice property, spacious, rustic and a bit dated. Low toilet seat downstairs. Could use a full length mirror if visiting to attend a wedding etc. The view is beautiful and saw several deer which I loved. Town is small with great small shops and friendly people.

This 60+ year old condominium needed some serious updating. Original cabinets etc. were serviceable but need a thorough washing, hall bath lighting did not work, bath was unusable. Several minor maintenance items (screen door latch, sliding door screen, lighting issues) apparently known to management but not corrected. It needs handicap bars in bathrooms, plumbing fixtures replaced, general cleanup of drawers, etc. Linens were old and mismatched, though the bed was very comfortable. Would probably be worth half the cost in today's market. Assuming an absentee owner, this falls on management. They need to spend a night in the unit.

Vacation in Graeagle Meadows.
As a young teenager I used to stay in Graeagle Meadows with my grandparents. My recent vacation there brought back so many wonderful memories. The units have been kept in great condition. There are many things to do in the area for all age groups. I would highly recommend a stay in Graeagle and the Meadows are a great choice.

We rented here the beginning of August. It was perfect for our two couples. We were on a group golf trip and Plumas Pines was one of the courses we played. We didn't do much cooking in but it was furnished with everything we needed.
We loved sitting on the patio watching the golfers teeing off and we loved the view. Lovely setting! Upstairs bedrooms are perfect for 2 couples.

Comfortable quiet location, beautiful views
This home is the middle unit in a row of three townhouses. The building is one in a large and attractive complex of vacation homes situated among tall forest trees overlooking a golf course with low mountains on the far side. It's very pretty and quiet. The home is clean and nicely appointed inside. We had everything we needed. There's even a washer and dryer, which worked great. Beds were comfortable. We logged into our streaming accounts on the living room TV without any difficulty. Wireless worked but was not password protected. A less than 1-minute drive from "downtown" Graeagle. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the back porch, which overlooks the golf course. When we arrived, there was a large mule deer right outside -- so pretty.

Amazing views. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The house is dated but the location and view make it a wonderful choice when visiting/golfing in the Graeagle area.

Beautiful views.
Our visit was during a hot spell and there is no air conditioning. There were fans and it cooled off so we could open up at night. I would recommend black out curtains for the master bedroom because during the summer the sun starts to rise before 5AM. The view is spitacular, the location is peaceful and we totally enjoyed our stay!

Pleasant Stay
We had a lovely time at the condo. Kids were able to ride their bikes around safely and because the golf course was closed, able to fish in the pond outside while we watched from the patio. Aside from needing a little updating, the place was clean and comfortable.
