We came to Burch Bay to go to the Taylor Swift concert in Vancouver. The house was absolutely perfect! Well stocked, clean, comfy ina great location!

Great house for family vacation
This property is set up wonderfully to accommodate a large family. Great location and gorgeous views. Kitchen is set up with everything we needed. Enough seats for our group to gather inside and out. We had a great time!

Perfect for big group
This house was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 little kids. The kitchen was fully stocked which made meals at home super easy. It was also nice to have two living rooms with TVs so kids and adults can have different spaces to hang out.

Summer Vacation
Great property Nice decor and well layed out with lots of room to spread out. Short walk to the Beach which when the tide goes out you can walk a mile. Lots of memory's to make around campfires at night. You will not be disappointed .

The property is perfect. We would love to visit it again.
Great views, so close to the bay. Close to neighbors but private enough to not even notice. Tastefully decorated, a lot of space for gathering.

Fabulous House by the water
We stayed here for our ladies weekend (6 women) and had the best time. There were plenty of bedrooms and gathering spaces, more than enough kitchen stuff and basics and the view was outstanding. We do this 2x/year and many of us think the beds were the most comfortable we had ever had. There was a minor issue at the start but the owner was very responsive and all was sorted. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a fantastic time in Birch Bay. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Incredible views of the ocean throughout, and the pool table in the basement was a hit. Perfect for families, or even a friends getaway.

Really nice house in Birch Bay
This house worked really well for our family. A few too many stairs... but bedrooms on every level was very nice. The hill location makes for a great view. Host was wonderful.

The house was just as the pictures showed. It was perfect for our quick trip to spend time with extended family. There was some things that could have been a bit cleaner in the house. But overall it was a good stay for our family.

Birch Bay - Wonderful views
The views from this home are beautiful and the location is great, just a short walk down to the beach. We enjoyed the separate living spaces and playing games downstairs. The beds are also very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in this home and would love to stay here again. The owner was quick to respond to communication and great to work with.

Great spot. The home was lovely! The rooms were well equipped and the space was great. Pool table and games available to boot! Carmen was responsive and helpful. Great spot to go with a few couples with the house set up. Easy access to the beach and great patio for lounging and enjoying a nice meal.

Our stay was perfect! The only thing I would recommend is that the broken blinds to be repaired. I struggled with those. Other than that it was a beautiful home and I would stay again.

Birch Bay is a beautiful and quaint little town.
The house was great for our group of 5 women. We had a nice stay. However, the blinds in the kitchen would not open or close, there was junk and garbage gathered around the driveway step and the picture from the covered deck is not correct. The view of the bay is blocked by several run down and slum looking houses with trash and toys in the yards.

We each had our own queen or king bedroom in this comfortable, impeccably clean house. It was just as advertised, with a better view from the deck than you can see in the photos. Sitting on the deck, looking at the view was our main activity, with walks on the beach and a little sight-seeing. Birch Bay was a place that our family went to every summer over fifty years ago and it was interesting to see how it has changed--lots more boring! The tide was way out every afternoon and there was no shell-fishing (red tide), so good to check your tide chart if you want to get into the water on your trip there.

House was cute and view was gorgeous. Location was amazing! Sheets smelled clean but were stained. Several pillows and bottom sheets - looked like blood and makeup. Bottom level smelled like sewage. Kitchen was a little greasy and dishes and stuff really weren’t clean. Dried food on utensils. Just needs a good scrubbing. Dead plants in all the pots outside was kinda weird. Has the potential to be an awesome rental!!

We had a fabulous stay. House is conveniently located for beach walks and waterviews. Walking distance to birch bay market and main part of town. Quiet and relaxing...the covered front porch provides the best seat in the house. Pool table was a surprise and unbelievably fun for the entire family. Lots TVs throughout the house. The layout was awesome. Each floor had its own bathroom. We never ran out of hot water. Washing machine was convenient too. Mudroom kept the rest of the house clean and allowed for extra storage of gear/stuff. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need even a crockpot, blender, mixer, tons of serving dishes, etc. Table was perfect for eating and games...host has provided a nice small collection of games. The outdoor table was just as nice and convenient. BBQ is available for use but we did not use. House was clean. Repairs had been made the day before we arrived. Per staff, the master shower will be replaced soon. Previous issues have created soft floor. Its useable but long term will need replaced. Recommend monthly cleaning behind furniture and BBQ. Previous occupants had quite the party. Garbage can sterilized by all the alcohol. I got drunk from the fumes 20 ft away LOL. As such a few items were still damaged but host made sure items were replaced before our arrival. Would love to stay again soon.
