Outdoors you will find a relaxing area with adorandike chairs complete with a fire ring and firewood, overlooking a field and woods, a swing-set, the Sherman's Creek borders the property offering a place to splash on a hot day, a quiet road for a walk and on a clear night enjoy the majesty of the stars, wildlife also abounds. Nearby the Tuscarora State Forest offers horseback riding, biking, nearly 200 miles of hiking, and 100 miles of snowmobiling. Check out Kings Bakery and enjoy their delicious donuts, Blain offers a grocery store, pizza shop and restaurant. Wonderful and Quiet stay in the beauty of nature!
Janita was a great host, and our family enjoyed a great time! Very quiet and peaceful area, with a nice creek and lots of wildlife around! Host was very responsive, and helpful, and even had a wonderful local treat there for us when we arrived. Definitely hope to stay again sometime.
