Very poor
Free wifi and breakfast were included in the price when booked, however none of these were provided without extra charge. The T.V. in the room had no channels on it, even after re-tuning. Also charged £5 for parking and had to be called out of our room to move our car for people who were blocked in. Even after I raised that concern with the management. Overall very poor. Would certainly not stay here again.

great little hotel
The room i stayed in was the sea view family room, the bedding was clean and neatly presented as were the towels the beds where comfy enough to sleep in and the bathroom was clean enough to use, only stayed for one night but would of happily stayed longer overall its a lovely little hotel and the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure the guests are happy.

The only thing that we enjoyed was the breakfast. I emailed the hotel to say i was on crutches, they had recieved the email as it was on the booking form in his folder & he still put me on the second floor. I have put the rating at 1 as it will not let me leave it at 0.

Nice hotel, close to the beach
Manager was very lovely and friendly, the bed and breakfast was so close to the beach between the South and Central Pier, the bed was very comfortable and the price very fair

Booked this hotel for a stop over to let the grandkids see the lights and it was more than adequate, very freindly staff and a great breakfast, could do with prior warning about parking. but overall satisfied it did the job.

Manger was very helpful but just couldn't speak or understand English very well.the shower in our bedroom didn't work and there was only a trickle of hot water coming out of the tap . Luckily only stayed for 1 night

Wouldnt know what hotel was like as on arrival there was no rooms available .caused a lot of stress as after a long drive on september weekend i couldnt get another hotel .a friend managed to get me accomodattion. Manerger refused tolooj at my phone reservation number nor did he try help me get anywhere to stay infact he was very ignorant and wen i sat down he was ib no intentions of helping me

The food was excellent and the place was clean but it all went downhill from there the room was far too small it barely fit the bed in let alone two residents and the water coming out of the taps was only a trickle you certainly could not shower it is s good job we only stayed two days would I return ? Never

not a bad place to stay but we had a few issues. we booked sea view which we didn't receive and with no explanation for not receiving sea view. hot water took a very long time to come through hot. shower area needed attention. also breakfast time was between 9o'clock to half past 9 which with young children was a little awkward but it was very nice. but other than that very comfortable bed slept very sound nicely situated and very friendly staff.

Cheap & Cheerful
This hotel is cheap and cheerful in a convenient promenade location, the owners are pleasant and made a very nice breakfast. What lets it down is the exceptionally small rooms, which are drastically in need of renovation, ie. the en-suite sealant was mouldy, the extractor fan didn't work, the bathroom door opened onto the double bed it was so close, thankfully I was there with my daughter as my husband would have struggled to move around. For a one night stay it did the job but I would not stop there for any length of time.
