Janet is a great host, got some hash browns for the second breakfast which I asked for the first day, a wonderful personal touch. Some of the room was in need of tlc but nothing too bad. The mattress was past it's best but a better second night's sleep after Janet did some magic on it. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of cereal and a great cooked offering.

Had a lovely stay. Perfect location, close to seafront and tram access. The room was homely, had everything we needed. Host was lovely, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was gorgeous.

Although this hotel is a bit of a distance from the train station, it was worth the walk. The hotel has a homely feel and Janet, the host was very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much. The breakfast was amazing. A hidden gem..........would be hard to find another place in Blackpool for the price we paid. I definitely would stay again

It was a really nice place to stay. Great location close to a tram/bus stop, shops nearby and free parking was available. Room was nice and good size with fresh towels daily. What amazing stay at this wonderful B&B. Janet is extremely welcoming and went over and above to make our stay extra special. We will 100% be in a hurry to return - We couldn’t recommend it enough! It felt like a home from home for our family trip away.
