We really enjoyed our stay at Samsara. It had a more authentic Jamaican feel than the American hotels. All inclusive food options are limited, but quite tasty. And the staff are what really made our stay most enjoyable. The area is so safe that we walked the 2 km's from Rick's Cafe in the dark with no issues at all. It is fairly secluded from touristy things, but it was a nice change of pace. Oh ya, once you get the nerve, cliff diving is a blast!

Sunset at the Palms was exactly what I needed. A perfect combination of relaxation and fun. The lush property grounds created a zen like atmosphere. The treehouses were well maintained and had everything you’d need. The all inclusive buffet style dining options were good. The Lotus Restaurant was very good. We loved the rack of lamb. Nightly entertainment was fun and engaging. We loved the spa as well. The outdoor couples massage added to the zen and relaxing nature of the property. The beach was beautiful. If I had anything that I’d like to see improved. It would be the food at the beach bar. It did not meet the standards of the other dining options. Overall I think Sunset at the Pals is a gem.

Love the location and the staff is wonderful! Cons...toilet didn't flush and shower was basically a trickle of water. (Friends there at same time did not have this problem)

This hotel was on our radar for years. We finally made it happen and honestly, we did have sort of high expectations because of the reviews and pictures. I can say without hesitation The Caves exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere and location is even more beautiful and romantic than we could have hoped for. The staff were amazing and the food was the real highlight. Each meal was excellent and the dinners were exceptional. I can not more highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Jamaica and looking for a special getaway with a partner.

First, I would have to say that my husband and I have been to many all inclusives. I have never seen an all inclusive resort that put such a high expectation on tipping. We literally spent hundreds in tipping. you would expect the service to be just as high. We went all week without our housekeeper replacing our coffee packet. We had to ask. One day we did not get two washcloths. I called the front desk and they said they would get one right up. We waited. I called again. They said it was because of the weather. It was raining out. We never got one. On Thursday, the day before we left, the front desk called to let us know that our housekeeper was off the next day and if we needed anything leave her a note on the bed. I have never had people be so blatant about a tip. The rooms smelled musty all week long. The staff stands outside and will snag you and ask you how your time is and our friends got talked in to an hour long discussion about timeshare. They stopped us to ask about our stay. Said we could get a deep clean for the musty smell, and maybe a gift on our anniversary! My husband declined the sales pitch. No deep clean came, and no gift. We could never get a reservation at one of the restaurants at a decent time. The app for it sucked. We walked in and asked to be squeezed in and were sometimes able. If you’re going to spend this kind of money, go to Sandals where they have more things to do.
