Waterfront property on the ATV/UTV trail system!

Bring your boat or UTV's when you spend time here! With 155' of frontage on the Black River (fence along water to help keep children safe) and a private boat dock (boat landing is just 2-3 minutes away) while also having the ability to ride your ATV/UTV from this property (city streets are atv/utv legal) to the trail system (5 minutes away) without having to trailer, this is the perfect get-a-way for the outdoor enthusiast! If that isn't enough there are several hiking, biking, snowshoeing & ski areas along with an 18-hole golf course just three minutes away. In the evening enjoy cooking on the furnished gas grill or sitting around the fire ring telling stories about your day. Indoors there is a foosball table, virtual pin ball machine, F&F driving game, electronic dart board or card and board games to play. Walk to the downtown area and enjoy the small-town atmosphere of the local restaurants and bars. Washer & dryer on site.

Best little getaway!
We have stayed here twice as this is great for a family. Close to ATV trails, great restaurants, fishing, and even having an arcade in the basement! Communication with owners is so easy. Best place.

Clean and organized
The house was very clean. The notes explaining procedures at checkout were very helpful. Having an access code was perfect! The game room was definitely a highlight for everyone and the games were popular too. The host was extremely patient and helpful. Being able to get down to the river easily was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for our ATV vacation. We were able to access the ATV trails after a short ride on local highway. It felt odd to ride on the road, but knew it was legit after we passed by the police and they didn't 'blink'! 😊 They had more than enough supplies, including bath towels. Owner was very responsive at every question asked prioir to our stay. The game room in the basement was fun, even for us older people. Highly recommend!!

Very clean. The only suggestion I have is better patio furniture. Otherwise happy with our stay!
Enjoyed the fire pit and fishing off the dock! Good communication. The grill did run out of gas when we were cooking. But that was easily handled.

We were able to enjoy kayaking, fishing and SxS all at this location. The place was super clean and had all the amenities one would need. The gaming area downstairs is so much fun. It was a great place to stay with our teenage kids. Close to lot's of things to do. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

We rode side by sides and it was a great location to get to the trail. Also easy to get to food and Walmart for groceries. My family enjoyed the game room, the dock by the river and the patio. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay
The house was adorable. However, I thought it was all one level plus basement and didn't expect two bedrooms to be on a second level. Overall it was a relaxing stay and lovely area.

Home was excellent for our stay! We loved the basement space for the kids to hang out. The only slight problem was no real air flow upstairs for A/C but fans were available. Would most definitely stay here again!!

Five days in BRF
It was a cute small house with everything you needed. There’s a Wal-Mart nearby if you need to shop for groceries. Place was clean and even though I didn’t cook I could see that kitchen was well stocked. I would rent again if I needed a place for several days.
