"This was a great place that easily accommodated our group of three families. It was on a beautiful property with a great walking path, the kids loved watching the geese in the water, and exploring the riverside. The kitchen and dining areas were a good setup to cook for our whole group of 14 people, with plenty of refrigerator space for groceries. "I loved staying in this beautiful cottage. It had the Tassie charm of rich heritage and coziness. It is in a perfect location near a great cafe, close to town. It was warm with its heating and to arrive to a toasty warm cottage on a chilly Hobart day was perfect. The bed was super comfy. Highly recommend!"

"The house was easily located, and although on a main road, the noise of the traffic was minimal.We found the staircase a little steep and could benefit from a small grab rail at the top.The bedroom was roomy and comfortable, the kitchen also was well appointed and having some kitchen items in the cupboards was appreciated.A very enjoyable stay, thank you."

"Fantastic views of the Derwent River and bridge from both the lounge and kitchen. The property itself was old and tired and in need of updating. No instructions on how to work oven, microwave etc. It had been cleaned prifessionally but not very well, a dust, hoover and wipe down of surfaces. There were cobwebs up and down. We also had problems gaining entry to the property (even though the rental was fully paud for) due to a very stubborn letting agent."

"Beautiful house with lots of character. Very close to the town's shopping centre and lots of interesting places to visit , all in close proximity.Beds were comfortable. Although temperatures were cold at night, the heat pumps provided plenty of warmth.Lovely gardens in a quiet setting."
