"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"This hotel is centrally located and check-in was easy. The staff is very courteous and we enjoyed drinks at the bar one night. Accommodations met all of our expectations. "

"The staff was awesome and the location very convenient. The graphiti on the exterior building walls in the neighbourhood was a little unsettling however, the neighbourhood was very safe to walk in day or night. The the opportunity to walk to the Karlsruhe Zoo as it is well worth it."
