"We were in Menasha to visit our son. The property fit our needs and then was right on the lake. IT was relaxing to start and/or finish the day sitting looking over the lake. The house was close to groceries, restaurants and downtown Appleton. Parking and access was very easy. We would stay there again."

"The boat dock for the win. The little lake was the best for jumping off the boat, kayaking and catching lots of tiny fun fish. We anchored on sandbars and enjoyed water sports, on the big lake. We golfed, went to the races and drive-in theater, only minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The cabin was more than enough. Had character and comfort. We enjoyed the large yard.
