"This hotel is in a beautiful area along a river outside of Malung, but the rooms are small and not particularly comfortable. It is a rustic property rather than a comfortable hotel. On the other hand, if one is looking for an adequate place to stay for a couple days at a very reasonable price, then this could be the right place. "A lovely hotel and surrounding buildings. Lovely food and dining, brilliant staff and wonderful outside walks. My only gripe is that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and that breakfast service didn’t start until 8 which was too late. "

"Lovely, comfortable lakeside cottage with beautiful views. Watching the full moon reflect over the lake was very special. Well-equipped cottage and plenty of space for us. Quiet location and safe spaces for the children to play. It was possible to swim, kayak or fish at the lake. Bikes rented locally were good fun. There were also lots of things to see and do in the area. Friendly, helpful landlord who provided good information about the property. We are really looking forward to staying here...
