"Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....

"This was a charming studio that was well equipped and had a very firm but surprisingly comfortable bed. The tram runs right past the apartment but didn't keep us awake. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and old town. Highly recommend it and Ivana is lovely and easy to work with as a host. "

"Es ist eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft und extrem Weiterzuempfehlen !! Man hat alles was man braucht, zudem ist die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie Zuhause! Der Parklatz ist sehr geräumig und direkt vor der Tür -zu beachten wäre das die Anreise mit dem Auto vom Vorteil ist. Außerdem ist es schön ruhig dort. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder nutzen und weiter Empfehlen!! :) "

"The photos don't do it enough, but the apartment is beautiful, new, very clean and perfect for 4 people with 2 separate rooms and each with its own bathroom. Air conditioning everywhere and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher! The very kind owners welcomed us warmly, leaving the fridge and pantry full of biscuits, chocolate and more. Plenty of free parking for the car, and about twenty minutes from the center of Zagreb. The 5 stars are well deserved."

"I was really surprised how smooth everything run - it was amazing As first to mention our superhost Nikolina was excellent what ever we needed we gotten it. Everything was prepared for our stay during the New Years Eye Second the Apartment was clean and beautiful structured.Also what is cool it was on the Ground Floor and in all directions you want to go in the capital is near and in good walking distance Third thing is you will not be disappointed also cost related its a fantastic apartment...
