Find Hotel with a Concierge in Bitez

"This hotel is in a great location on the seafront at Bitez. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. On the downside, there was no hot water at any time during our 3 day stay, the rooms are scruffy with electric sockets hanging out of the walls and leaking showers and the decor badly needed attention. The bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t stay there again but it was ok for a short break. "

"The hotel staff were very miserable and only spoke to us when they had to. The food was ok. We paid for all inclusive which was a joke, the drinks were very limited and served in small plastic cups. There wasn’t any snacks or ice cream. There was only one kind of beer and the wine was disgusting, all other alcoholic drinks had to be paid for. "We arrived late due to our flight delay. So arrived around 12:30am and our room was small and stuffy and the shower didn’t work properly, our lights would not switch off. I called reception twice and got put on hold. I had to go myself at 2am to demand a room change. Was told they were fully booked. Young inexperienced rude staff all male. Eventually they gave me a different room after a lot of arguing and demanding my moment back. Suddenly they had availability. Would not recommmend you waste...

"Clean and quiet, the room was cleaned every day, staff is very friendly, clean pool, good location, the breakfast was ok as well. Thanks, will be coming again!"
