"We first stayed here as the Bella Lui Hotel but it is now run by a youth hostel organisation. It has lost the charm of the private hotel and is now, because it is a hostel, more functional. "This was an awesome escape high in the Swiss Alps for a free days on our way to Rome. The apartment was clean, cosy, so quiet and in a beautiful setting. The view from every window was great but the vote from the family room balcony was amazing! It was everything advertised. "

Beautiful property with beautiful views

"The property is exactly as shown in the listing. It has many modern conveniences and well stocked. It was very spacious for our family of five. Finding the property was a bit challenging, as their directions say. Google Maps does not recognize the actual street so it does not take you to it. The property manager does provide directions which a bit confusing, especially if you come in from the opposite direction, which is what our GPS always did. Apple Maps was better and will take you directly to the chalet. Check-in was fairly easy since it has a key box. Unfortunately, they had changed the code the morning we arrived and did not inform us, so we had to call the property manager. They answered directly and provided the new code. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay here again, if I were in the area."
