"Really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the room was brand new, stylish, and spotlessly clean. Fun, old school motel vibe. Still a bit of a work in progress on exterior amenities, but enjoyed it nonetheless. 3-5 minute drive to the Bathhouse Row area, so a great location. Really enjoyed it and would stay again."

"It was nice although the jacuzzi had cracks in it which were uncomfortable sitting on.. and part of the ceiling tile walking into the jacuzzi room.. the light by the bed didn’t work and it was only one plug we had to alternate charging our phones.. also while trying to get ice the lady complained the whole time saying they close all that early because it was cold.. I feel like if u have to keep the vending machines and ice Ben locked up it should be where the guests can access the room with a...

"Dont judge a book by its cover, may look like a small older hotel but its newly remodeled and got huge rooms. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower but I'd rather have all its amenities and deal with that. Great staff and close to food!"

"The property itself is beautiful and has everything you might want. The neighborhood looks very rough on your way in. The neighbors properties looked very bad but we had no interaction with them and no problems."

"This condo was perfect for what we needed. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was about 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside is that the entrance for the parking lot is a sharp turn and steep, so it was tough to get in and out of during 5 o’clock traffic"

The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

"We loved our 2 night stay at The Waters Hotel. It is in a lovely historic building with many modern upgrades in the rooms. The room was big and very comfortable! My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and splurged a little to stay here. We enjoyed being near to so many good restaurants and within walking distance was a bonus. The free parking garage is about a block or 2 away but you can pay for valet service at the hotel if you want that service. We ate at The Rooftop grill one night and it was very good. We didn't try the other restaurant on the main floor. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly here and I hope to be back next year. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The elevators were quick and smooth going up or down. Location was great for walking to many shops, restaurants, and experiencing some of the history of Hot Springs. This was our second stay at this hotel and plan on coming back for a longer stay. "

"Property is really at very good location, 1mil away from walamart and Sam’s club gas station, 12kin away from bathhouse. Staff was very humble and polite. Check in was smooth. Room is very clean and spacious. Hallway was also clean otherwise generally I encounter noise or smell but here the property is very quite and clean. Really worth it."
