"We loved this traditional Maltese home in a quiet authentic neighborhood. It was well furnished with coffee and tea and essentials. The bus station and ferry are within very easy walking distance to get to the heart of Valletta in 20 or 30 minutes. Check in and out was personal and easy. Communication was great. The terrace was nice on a sunny day with great views. There is not a microwave but we made good use of the washing machine and the coffee press. As other reviews mention, there are many...

"My friends and I loved our stay at Ta’ Golina Corner House. As advertised, it was indeed on the corner of Republic St. and North Street. Republic is one of two main streets in the center of Valetta and North St. leads directly to The Maltese Experience, Fort St Elmo and the waterfront. The location could not have been more perfect. "Frank was a wonderful and informative host. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay.We were within walking distance from the Mgarr ferry terminal, and close to bus stops which easily take you anywhere on the island.The supermarket was a bit of a longer walk (about 20 mins) but as the weather was usually wonderful, it was very enjoyable.We loved our stay on Gozo, and loved our stay at this spacious, and quiet house."
