Room above a pub. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Located 20 minute walk from New Street Station and 25 minute walk from Brindleyplace.

Liked: Amenities
Lovely room clean and comfy upgraded bathroom tv with tea and coffee. The only issue was the shower didnt drain properly amd water leaked outside the shower stall onto bathroom floor.
Didnt really see staff other than to check in as breakfast wasn't included we didn't see anyone else but the room was lovely and its recommended if you just need a room for the night thats affordable x

Really clean rooms with steady wifi and close to the city centre.
The Bull pub is lovely, good menu, well kept beers, staff are welcoming, and room well equipped for the price point. I couldn't sleep however, as above me in the building someone started washing clothes in a machine (possibly more than one given the frequency of this occuring) in the wee small hour of the morning through to about 7am. The spin cycles set the light fitting jangling like a glassware cupboard everytime so the room has its own built-in alarm clock that unfortunately couldn't be stopped. Such a shame because I really enjoyed the stay otherwise.
Great value for somewhere within walking distance of central Birmingham & nice not to be staying at a chain hotel. Good homemade food & great beer - its a CAMRA beer guide pub.
A good cost option for staying in Birmingham City Centre and the Pub downstairs is cosy and encourages you to have a couple.
Its great that there are still places like this available.
Got a nice cat too.
Stayed as a couple whilst attending a Christmas party nearby that finished late. Perfect for this, friendly pub with 12 rooms upstairs, clean, more equipment than expected (kettle, iron, trouser press and smart TV) and although near the ring road we weren't disturbed by the noise. Would stay again
