Summary:
Security deposit preauthorisation of £125.00 is required during online check-in. If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, preauthorisation clears from your bank statement 5-7 working days after your check-out. There will be no money coming into your account! It'll appear as if the transaction never happened.

Please be aware, very limited parking spaces outside the property. Can park on the single yellow line between 6:30pm and 8:00am, Monday - Saturday.

Our keyless self-check-in allows for an effortless access to the property any time after 3:00pm. All check-in information and further steps will be provided on your Boarding Pass. Completing online check-in will result in automatic access codes release via your Boarding Pass around 90 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. We may meet and greet you in person, check photo ID and bank card used for the payment in case of a suspicion of fraudulent booking. All properties are equipped with CCTV that monitor who enters and leaves the property.

You’ll have access to a fully functioning kitchenette so you can cook or heat up your own meals at any time of the day or night, without leaving your room. It includes a fridge-freezer, hob, toaster, kettle & microwave, plus utensils and kitchenware. You even get a dining area to eat in comfort!

The modern, fresh en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with free toiletries.

Birmingham’s thriving City Centre is just a few minutes away with all its’ attractions including museums, theatres, world class shopping centres and booming night life and entertainment.

After a reservation is made confirmation email with the further check-in instructions will be sent.

Details for self check-in and access codes will be released after online check in is completed. This will be emailed about 30 minutes after the initial reservation is made.
