Conveniently located for Birmingham Uni. Basic, but good value. 2 minutes walk to Edgbaston Park Hotel, where you check in. Decent bar food and an excellent breakfast at Edgbaston Park.

The room was a good size but the bathroom a little small. Good location for Edgbaston Cricket ground (bout 20/25 minute walk). Staff at reception on check in, polite & helpful. Shops/restaurants about a 20 minute walk away.

A pleasant stay
Peter Scott House is comfortable and clean, but a little tired, however this is reflected in the price, compared to the main Edgbaston Park Hotel. The bar area is lovely, as is the dining area and breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel surroundings are beautiful. A very pleasant stay.

Great for an overnight stay near the university
Perfect for an overnight stay. Room and everything we needed, check in was smooth and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The room is very dated. There are no staff at the property, so I couldn't really rate the staff, but I didn't want to give 1 start for that, but it's really N/A. the lift has been out of order for months. On the upside, it was quiet.

The room was okay but the tv reception was very very patchy, close to unwatchable which was a shame as we intended to have a lazy day together but couldn’t watch the tv at all.

Really good value for money, clean and quiet in a peaceful area in Birmingham. It is within reasonable distance to the city centre. Good, firm, comfortable beds. Very quiet, good powerful shower.

Was fine, room was not brilliant, but good. Bar/restaurant was good. Just wish we had been told that the annex we were in was more or less empty, as we put the car in the large car park, to walk across the road to find one car in the car park, and am it was raining. But would recommend.
