The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and beautifully appointed home! As you enter through the main front door, you'll be greeted by a charming seating area featuring a decorative fireplace, setting the stage for a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The main floor boasts a generously sized living space, complete with comfortable pull-out couches, a TV for entertainment, and a fun foosball table to enjoy some friendly competition. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a large dining table that comfortably seats ten guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen, conveniently connected to the dining room, offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay.
Continuing through the kitchen and dining room, you'll discover a well-appointed office space with a designated work area, providing a quiet and productive environment. This room also features two smaller fold-out futons and French doors that open to the inviting deck, allowing you to enjoy fresh air and beautiful views.
The main floor accommodates a cozy bedroom with a comfortable full-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits with a luxurious king-size bed, offering a sanctuary of relaxation. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds, providing ample space for a restful stay. For the younger guests or the young at heart, there's a room with two bunk beds, perfect for a playful and enjoyable experience.
With three full bathrooms in the house, including two with tubs (one on the main level and one upstairs) and an additional full bathroom with a shower upstairs, there will be no shortage of convenience and comfort during your stay.
Please note that there is a separate B unit located downstairs that may be rented out separately. If you have a larger group and wish to rent the entire property, please inquire about availability and rates. We are pet-friendly, although a pet fee is required. Please kindly note that parties are not permitted.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the main home. We do rent out a separate B unit downstairs which has a separate entrance, so the yard and parking are shared with the B unit guests.

Welcome to our vibrant neighborhood located just east of UAB in the Red Mountain area of Birmingham. Immerse yourself in the local charm as you explore the eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance from our doorstep. The UAB Campus is also easily accessible, making our home an ideal choice for visiting students, faculty, and medical professionals. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to the stunning trails and natural beauty of Red Mountain Park, just a short 20-minute drive away. With its perfect blend of urban convenience and natural wonders, our neighborhood offers an unforgettable experience for every guest. Parking can be limited, so please limit the number of cars your group drives, as street parking can be a challenge on busier days or nights.
Getting Around:
There is free street parking. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and it is walkable to a variety of different restaurants.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
There can be limited parking at this home. The driveway is very small and there might only be street parking available.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests privacy and contact-free check-in, so we offer check-in with a digital door code prior to arrival. Just know that we are a quick phone call away if ever the need arises!
