In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for a self catered stay. Dine in comfort and enjoy your evening with friends or family around you. There is a washing machine and cooker in the property as well as smaller amenities such as a kettle, toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are complimentary. Please ask us if you have any further questions about what is provided!

Living Area:
The living room is perfect for a family evening of games, or watching the TV after a day of exploring Birmingham.

Bedrooms:
There are 4 bedrooms in the property. A total of 2 twin rooms, a single room and a master double bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with clothes storage spaces.

Bathroom:
There is one bathroom in this property with a shower and bath. Towels and toilet roll are provided during your stay.

Check in is between 3pm-10pm.

This property is accessed via lockbox and you will have access to the entire property.

Guest Homes are available between 8am-12am, 7 days a week for any help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.

Damage Deposit/Waiver fee's:

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £500 refundable deposit or buying a £45 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be aware there is also an admin fee for processing this.
