Positives: The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. The hotel is managed well and very clean. Plenty of parking (including electric charging stations) on site and secure gated access to enter the country club. We had some issues in the room which were resolved very promptly. The breakfast was great and many varied options. Negatives: The rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. The bedroom and bathroom are very dated. The fridge in the room was very small.

This hotel is stylish and attractive to look at, comfortable and friendly and enjoyable to stay at. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room was mostly clean, a few bits of dust but the bathroom and beds were all clean and well stocked with soaps etc. the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool at the hotel was great. Perfect for kids and serious swimmers. Steam room was out of order but sauna and jacuzzi both great. Would definitely recommend this hotel for somewhere nicer than your average hotel whilst being family friendly and comfortable.
