Welcome to Vulcan 2 Property, your perfect vacation getaway. We also have another unit, Vulcan 1, located upstairs in this complex, which is available for booking. This is ideal if you have a large group or family gathering and need additional space.

Accommodations:
The 1st Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen Bed, while the 2nd boasts a spacious King Bed. Additionally, for larger groups, we can provide a queen air mattress upon request to comfortably accommodate a fifth or sixth guest.


INDOOR LIVING: Open floor plan from kitchen to living room, 65” Smart TV w/ preloaded apps. Each room is furnished with smart TVs featuring various streaming services. Please note that guests will need to use their own log-ins to access these streaming services.

Amenities:
- Both bathrooms are well-appointed with full amenities, including tubs and showers, to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

Kitchen:
- Our fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cooking appliances and utensils. Should you require groceries, we are pleased to offer a delivery service upon request.

Concierge Services:
We offer a range of concierge services to enhance your stay, including assistance with dinner reservations and recommendations, scheduling of ride shares, grocery delivery, and professional cleaning services. Let us know if you wish to use these services, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Families:
Please note that this condo is not baby-proofed. However, children of all ages are welcome at the discretion of our guest(s). A Pack 'n Play/Travel Crib is available upon request.

Pool:
The pool in our complex is open from April to November. If you'd like to host an event at the pool, you can make a request, and events will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.

FAQ: Elevators are unavailable; one set of stairs leads to the condo.

PARKING: Designated Parking is available, located two spaces away from the pool in the row closest to the building. In addition, our unit has been assigned two guest spots on the back wall of the parking lot. We must refrain from parking in any other owner's spot. If our designated spot is occupied upon your arrival, please temporarily park in a guest spot. Please let me know, and I will quickly address the occupied spot.

Building: Like many in Birmingham, the building is situated on an older property. However, the unit has been almost entirely renovated, offering all the charm and upgrades.

Will never stay again.
Was not able to stay do to heat pump not working. Room was 64 degrees when we arrived. Was there approximately 50 minutes and had to leave. Apartment was 60 degrees when we left and AC would not cut off. Only cold air blowing. Daughter was already sick. No other rooms available until Tennessee because of hurricane victims from Florida. Had to drive back home 3 hours away. Contacting family attorney tomorrow. We deserve a full refund..

We loved the apartment. Super roomy, a/c was super cold, plenty of dishes, comfy couch, comfortable beds. Plenty of extras left for us to use such as trash bags, dish soap, washing machine pods, coffee, salt, pepper and other seasonings. The area was older and not exactly what I expected, but had a super good stay.

Conference Stay
Despite the misinformation on the VRBO website regarding the availability of 3 beds vs 2, our stay was good. The facility is very clean, well appointed and easy to locate within proximity to the Conference area. The host was very quick to remedy the situation and all was well. An earlier property booked had been double booked and this was the fast alternative property available.

We loved the Condo. The view was amazing. We are all seniors and two had difficulty navigating the stairs and the tubs which did not have safety bars. I get around easily so didn't think to ask about stairs and tubs. Krystal was very helpful. One of the ladies managed to pack one of the spoons so I'm not sure how to return that item.

The home is immaculate and feels so Zen from the moment you walk in - you want to kick of your shoes and relax. The gorgeous windows looking down on the city of Birmingham, the quiet but elegant furnishings and the extra little homey touches that were provided - made for a perfect five star stay. Perfect Stay for Birmingham!
I was beyond pleased with my stay back home in Birmingham, Al at this property. Booking/check-in was easy and smooth. The owner Krystal was very nice and accommodating. She answered all correspondences in a timely matter. The location was perfect! Neutral location where you can explore different parts of the city. The condo was nice and spacious! Great location and spotless clean
We arrived to fresh flowers and a welcome note. The place was spotlessly clean. It is near good restaurants and cute shops. The sites we saw were just a few minutes away (garden, zoo and Vulcan Park). The only negative was the exterior needs minor maintenance (a prior reviewer mentioned this). Also, the light at the bottom of the exterior stairs to get to the unit was burned out and it was difficult to see. Would definitely stay again!
