The condo is fully renovated and furnished! And by fully furnished, we mean fully furnished. You will only need to bring yourself, your clothes and toiletries, and groceries. Everything else is readily available for you to use in your home away from home.

The condo is in a gated community. It is minutes from I-65, Green Springs Highway, and downtown Birmingham (one exit away). It is the perfect place for adults and students! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We want your stay to be as seamless as possible.

I stayed here for almost 2 months for my internship at UAB Hospital and it was perfect. It was nice, clean and a great location close to everything. It was fully stocked and felt like a home away from home. Also great communication from the host. I would stay again if ever in the area.
