Access to the property was well communicated by the host. The host did a good work regarding the cleanliness of the property. Nice environment, although the washand basin was leaking which possibly the host might not be aware about, I sincerely cannot fault this property.

The room code was not sent timely which delayed our check in and we had to struggle to get the code in the night!

Took a bit of a circuitous route to get there from the NEC. The premise appeared to be an extension to a house which may have been split in to flats with a corridor to other door. However the premises were clean and had decent facilities When I arrived there were no towels but after contacting the agents someone turned up 20 minutes later with the aforementioned towels. The central heating want on but another radiator did the job. Overall decent value for money. Parking was a bit tight but manageable

Felt unclean and grimey and greasy smell. Sticky floor and cupboards. Random selection of cutlery including only 1 fork. Woken up by person on motorbike talking loudly on phone outside the window which would of been ok only the window is broken and does not shut properly. Planes start early also which is very loud due to broken window. Not sure there was clean bedding on as didn't not smell fresh. Broken tiles in bathroom, shower blocked. One small tiny bin in bathroom only. Filthy kitchen sponge.
