The condominium's community amenities such as the pool and workout room are OFF-LIMITS to guests.
Please note that although the home is on the ground level, you will have to walk down 14 steps to access the property.
For safety purposes, the fireplace is not for guest use. Violation of this policy may result in an additional fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two (2) dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable. Please make sure your furry friends are included in your guest count at the confirmation of your reservation. If this is overlooked, we can send an alteration request to reflect your dogs accompanying you.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.
No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
We do not provide laundry supplies.
The $250 security deposit is a hold on your card and it will only be charged in the instance there are accidents/damages that occurred with your acceptance of the additional money request after check-out.
