"Very comfortable flat, the only complaint is that it was actually too warm in the room and we had to keep opening the window to cool off (keeping in mind that it was a ski trip and very cold outside, so better to be warm than cold!) The hotel is 300m away from the main hotel Stubaierhof where breakfast and dinner is served, however this was not a problem. Service is excellent, very friendly and helpful."

This charge should have been included in the whole price when I saw a property on Expedia. "The apartment was fairly small with no sitting room or area, just bedroom with tv, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful but we had 2 oroblems there. We couldn't get the cooker to work, it wouldn’t turn up or down, the alarm was always going off when we hadn't set it and then the whole cooker turned off and wouldn't reset. If you spilt water on the hob it went iff, if you wiped the cooker it went off. The owner was very helpful over it but we struggled to...
