Apartment was very spacious, clean, had some thoughtful touches and had all the things you need. It looks better when you are there. Host was attentive, friendly and very helpful. "Don't be daunted with the fact that there isnt a grocery store or ATM in Gimmelwald! There are 2 bars across the street with pizza and drinks. A quick cable car to Murren for a Food Co-op or cable and bus to Lauterbrunnen for another Co-op which both have all you need is easy!The views, the peaceful quiet is amazing! All one hears are the bells of goats/cows. Love Love this place! comfortabnle, and very clean! Very attentive, manager onsite when we arrived! Highly recommend! "

"I stayed here for a week mid-September and enjoyed every minute. The property is situated on the hill across from downtown… away from the noise. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything anyone would need. The sound of the river helps one sleep well. The bus to/from the town and various transportation centers in Grindelwald can be found about 150 feet (50M) from the door. I would definitely stay here again."
