"This home was a perfect stay during our visit to the Düsseldorf trade show(about 30 min). The apartment was super clean, bright, all the comforts of home plus more extras like spices, coffee, shampoo, and welcome drink and snack. Ellen was delightful and a wonderful host. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again."

"Horror...habe noch nie eine so runtergekommene Unterkunft gebucht...Möbel sind alle Sperrmüll, die Wohnung war dreckig ohne Ende (geputzt wurde dort wohl zuletzt nach der Wiedervereinigung), Schimmel in der Mikrowelle, im Geschirrspüler, im Schlafzimmer ging nicht eine Steckdose, Fernseher ohne Fernbedienungen also nicht benutzbar, ein Bett komplett ohne Latten im Rahmen, Dreckwäsche im anderen Zimmer... Wir haben über eine Stunde geputzt um halbwegs hausen zu können, dazu massig Geld ausgeben...

"Objekt war als Ferienhaus ausgeschrieben. Zuerst war die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett. Es gab Infos wo der Schlüssel liegt und über die Parkmöglichkeiten. Als wir am Abend ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Ferienhaus eher eine Monteurwohnung ist und die Bilder aus einer längst vergangenen, schöneren Zeit stammen... So weit so gut. Bei Betreten des Badezimmers kam uns ein übler Geruch nach Schimmel entgegen. Es gab Spinnenweben wie normal in Garagen oder Gartenhäusern zu...

It is not self checkin- the send location only thru email and expect you to check in at front desk. They are run partially like a resort/hotel and partially vacation rentals and treat each very differently. 1/4 roll of toilet paper left for us had to beg for more since we just got there cause we were with the vacation rental side. "Die Decken auf dem Bett waren für große Menschen leider zu klein. Die Gardinen konnte man abends vor dem Schlafen gehn nicht zu ziehen. Das Licht war also früh morgens ohne Hindernis im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Check In hat gut funktioniert. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb gelegen. Daher sind die Möglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung begrenzt."
