Only niggle was the phone didn't work in our room and so I had to go to reception to order room service... "The hotel its self was lovely and so was the staff but whatever you do, don’t park on the royal Victoria hotel. This is the car park right to the side of the metropolitan. Me and my sister came up for new year, to come back from being out to find her car window to be smashed in!! Stole her dashcam, money, cards ect!!! Royal Victoria hotel was no help! Parked by cameras for this exact reason but wasn’t able to view! He had done a few cars on this car park ! Be careful "
