"This property is close to everything so we could walk to town. The home was perfect for our family, 8 gathered here and everyone had comfortable rooms, great privacy. Downstairs 2 bedrooms were a little warm but otherwise perfect. We had 2 who loved cooking so for our 5 day stay we enjoyed family meals.The Christmas Trees were gorgeous! We met 25 extended family in town for Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone is eager to do it again!"

"The check in process was not good for us. I had no contact number. It needs to be just a number for the house manager. I had to contact VRBO directly, which was very helpful and he contacted house manager and she then sent us the entry numbers. All occupants complained about thier matresses being uncomfortable. "

"Myself and 7 of my closet girl friends spend 3 nights here for our annual girls trip, the house was great! Lots of space! The hosts were great and had great communication! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! "

"Christmas in Frankenmuth was a wonderful trip. We were very comfortable and the host provided so many things for all age groups. Breakfast was great! We made pancakes, sausage, eggs & juice. Four year old kids and babies had everything there to keep them entertained! We loved the house!"

"Our family has a great time hiking, biking, swimming and fishing at the state park as well as cooking in the spacious kitchen and eating on the patio. The basement had a great basketball hoop game and some fun board games. We also enjoyed making s'mores in the fire pit. Great house and neighborhood for family time."

"Myself and my Matron of Honor were coming to Frankenmuth early to prepare for my upcoming wedding and have a couple days of girls pampering. We had a blast staying at this home. It was very cozy, relaxing, clean, and felt like being at home. The owner was great at answering questions and we loved staying at this home. I would definitely recommend and anticipate going back! "The house was super clean and looks very newly remodeled and well done. Had a little bit of trouble communicating with emails but it worked out fine. My only dislike was that the house smelled like a mix of new paint and some cigarette smoke. The new paint smell is understandable and not overwhelming nor was the smoke smell but I the smoke smell was not pleasant. Was quiet at night and there was plenty of space for our family. On a snowy day the driveway was well taken care of. "

"Booked the house for 5 people instead of a hotel. It was a better experience then a hotel stay. The house was very clean, decorated tastefully for the holidays. Had enough hot water, towels, dishes in the kitchen, places to sit and visit. Neighborhood was quiet. The place helped to keep a stressful weekend fun. "

"This was an excellent location to host friends. We used the Acorn for a space to get ready for our wedding. We were able to have the wedding party stay with us without feeling on top of each other. There was enough space for the guys to get ready downstairs while we got ready with hair and makeup upstairs. The Acorn was great for pre ceremony photos too. Highly recommend this stay for large groups! the guys to get ready downstairs while we had hair and makeup done upstair "

If I travel to this area in the future, I'd be honored to stay at Earnie's Place again!"
