"We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place! The accommodations were exceptionally nice, and the attention to detail really stood out. "Jessa was an incredible host who thought of everything, even going so far as to include stickers in a gift basket for us upon learning last minute that a four year old would be in our party (among many other small touches around the house that made for a wonderful experience). The property was clean, the beds were LUXURIOUSLY comfortable, and the neighborhood is lovely for strolls and forest retreat vibes. Would totally stay here again! "

"We arrived at unit XXXXA at 7:40 p.m. and were finally able to enter an hour later. Vacasa had sent me 10 emails before our arrival, all with the wrong unit number (XXXXA) and incorrect check-in instructions. It was dark and raining, and after spending about 15 minutes trying to get in, I called Vacasa. It took 10 minutes to reach an operator and another 10 minutes for the property manager to call me back. To make matters worse, the instructions directed us to a unit two doors to the left...

"Lovely short stay at Birch Bay. Property was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a small family reunion. Location was windswept (it was early March, so unsurprising!). Beds were very comfy. House warmed up quickly when the furnace was put on, although we had to turn it off overnight as we found it a little noisy, but that was our personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great property."
