Schöne , bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Der Strand und gute Restaurants sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Zentral gelegene ruhige Wohnung
Wir waren zu viert dort, davon drei mit eingeschränkter Mobilität (Stock, Rollator). Strand, Restaurants, Edeka und die Fußgängerzone sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, die Terrasse liegt nicht an der Straße, sondern ruhig nach hinten und ist überwiegend schattig.und ist

Die Ferienwohnung 1.2 in der Residenz Margarete ist wirklich top! Moderne und gepflegte Ausstattung und sehr angenehme, ruhige Wohnlage. Viele Restaurants, die Strandpromenade, Geschäfte und ein Supermarkt sind direkt in der nahen Umgebung. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 👍😊

Eine Woche in Binz.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Durch die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage waren Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Seebrücke in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Wetter spielte ebenfalls mit. Also gerne wieder.

Geschenkte gemeinsame Zeit
Für unsere Eltern, beide über 90 Jahre, war es wohl der letzte Urlaub am Meer. Wir "Kinder" konnten die gemeinsame Zeit mit unseren Eltern sehr genießen. Die Zimmer mit Dusche, die Wohnung ansich, ist dafür optimal und liebevoll eingerichtet. Fahrstuhl, alles begehbar, ruhig, der Service, es war einfach alles top und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist auch optimal für junge Eltern mit Kindern.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein Supermarkt und die Ostsee waren fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Binz nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Apartment in toller Lage!
Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitten im Zentrum ist die Strandpromenade und die Hauptstraße in wenigen Metern erreichbar. Ich finde, das Insektenschutzgitter angebracht wären,so könnte man in der Nacht, bei warmen Temperaturen, die Aussenrollos etwas hoch ziehen, um frische Luft zu bekommen. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld, die innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf meine Nachrichten reagiert hat! Wir kommen gern wieder!

*****Wunderschöne Wohnung-Tolle Lage-Sehr empfehlenswert*****
Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen liebevoll ausgewählten Accessoires. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Geschlafen haben wir in sehr bequemen Boxspringbetten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und auch mit der Verwaltung war hervorragend. Auch die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt von der Strandpromenade und der Seebrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auf fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem gibt es einen tollen Stellplatz für Auto & Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Ilka, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
