"The apartment was far from being as described on the site. It was not clean. The towels were ragged, no soap in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling . The place is very close to the beach but far from a supermarket or a restaurant. The T.V wasn’t working properly. The kitchen was dirty, the cups and glasses weren’t washed properly. We had to buy bedding and reasonable towels. Altogether, we definitely didn’t get our money’s worth."

"Nice stay overall. It’s the second time we chose these apartments for the price & value. Unfortunately, for some reason we didn’t get our room done this time either (same happened on our first stay, last month) and during the early morning we had some really noisy neighbors that prevented us from having a good sleep. Leaving that aside, it’s a good place to stay. Easy fast check in / out, comfortable and clean."

"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. "A great place to stay for our family of four. Could have slept 7 comfortably if necessary. Extremely clean, loaded with lots of thoughtful extras, great A/C, and in a very eclectic neighborhood. The host was very communicative, always available, and made sure check in went smooth and our parking needs were taken care of. Definitely a great option for a family looking for a comfortable place to stay in Haifa."

"The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved. "

"This rental is bogus. The phone number associated with it isn't connected, and the owner did not respond to any attempts to connect them through email. It would appear that the owner stopped renting it out, except that it was never taken off of the Vrbo website. We only discovered all this within the last week before our reservation, and we had no choice but to cancel our entire trip at the last second."

"This property was spotlessly clean and once we had the correct person to speak to (not the number we were first given) communications were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the linens pillows etc good quality. However, the lack of tea towels, hand towels and bath mats was a problem and the shower flooded the entire flat, which explained the water damaged doors. Some general repairs were needed which was an irritation. The building is well situated and we could park at no charge in a nearby...
