"This is an incredible site on the side of a very steep hill. Arriving by tuk tuk from El Nido town (7 mins, 150 PHP) we were dropped at the security gate. A courtesy bike took us up the very steep drive to reception. We stayed in the Dome, a remarkable view over the bay behind El Nido with a huge deck and wonderful interior space. It’s definitely glamping so keep that in mind. The attention on things that we found important - a great Japanese kettle, fantastic ceramic mugs for tea and coffee, huge wine glasses and a fridge and freezer for chilling down drinks to enjoy on the deck with that view. The bed was comfortable and the features lovely and tasteful. The camping side was the bathroom is a little cramped and annoyingly the air conditioner is placed right above your head on the bed. You need to run this through the night and it had a habit of dripping condensation right where my head rested on the pillow. I’m told they will fix this because they really must. They run a fantastic free shuttle bike into town and can collect you from a central point to return home. The pool was beautiful and the restaurant solid, tasty though a few items missing off the menu. Really loved the stay, so quiet away from the bustle of the streets below. "

"Bahala Na Villas provided very kind and attentive service. The What's App communication made it very easy for us to chat with the entire team (esp Monic & Win) to schedule transportation, ask questions, and more. All of the staff was so welcoming and supportive of our adventures! The giant morning breakfast basket was a great way to start the say with Pinoy cuisine, fresh juice and French-press coffee! We can't wait to return-especially for Bahala Na's Speedboat Tour with Capt Ed and 1st Mate Sean! Maraming salamat!"

We were welcomed by a cheerful Mimi and enjoyed conversations during dinner with Jennifer and Noud. What a spectacular time we had! The meals were thoroughly enjoyed by all. "Many thanks to Uli & Rose for being excellent hosts, they made us feel like we were ‘part of the family’ The views from the balcony were spectacular, the rooms are large, have air-con and with smart TV. The shower/restroom also very spacious. We spent the evenings at the bar interacting with other guests and the hosts. There was also a good choice of delicious on the menu. We also opted for the breakfast included option. We also took advantage of the chariot/shuttle service, that took us into El Nido town and to the next beach… free of charge and included within the price. I personally recommend the Island Hopping, if you want to see some spectacular views of, and want to visit the beautiful lagoons, just ask Rose or Uli for details. They will also arrange transport too. The Reef Strand Resort is like a sparking hidden treasure, and my partner and I are already looking forward to visiting again in 2025. A special thank you to Jima, Angel, Jizreal and Jona, and all of the employees that welcomed us, took care of us and looked after us, during our stay. "
