The outdoor space was well maintained and we enjoyed lots of days by the pool and playing games on the terrace. "Beautiful villa at the top of san Jaime, the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Villa was exactly as described and well accommodated 6 adults plus a 10 month old perfectly. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, so it is worth having a car for trips to the supermarket. However a taxi from the centre cost €7.50 and took a matter of minutes, we did discover one of the supermarkets did do delivery though which is worth knowing for the future. All in all a fantastic holiday"

"Villa is well kept and in a quiet residential area. We did have a problem regarding the beds as it was stated that the twin beds in the second bedroom could be made as a double. Unfortunately, for us, this is not actually possible as they are wooden single beds which mean they have a wooden side. "S'Algar is very quick and easy to get to from the airport. A quiet sleepy town with a couple of restaurants, a bar a couple of supermarkets and a dive centre. Nearby in Sant Luis is Eroski supermarket that is very good and has a great meat and fish counter. We used the little supermarkets in S'Algar for daily bread etc. The villa is a short walk to the sea. "The villa is only a short walk to the beach and has everything you need for a great stay in Arenal d’en Castell, with air con, a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool was mostly empty all week which was a great bonus! Lovely outside seating which is mostly shaded so is perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach. Lots of beautiful restaurants with amazing sea views only 15mins walk so location is perfect!"

Although it sleeps 6, that would be a real squeeze we were 3 so one in each bedroom and you have to keep all the doors open as only A/C in 2 places. "Had a lovely stay in late October, though be aware of going at similar time not much open locally - didn’t bother us as we had hired a car and we’re happy to tour the island. Lovely property and pool - Binibeca as beautiful as we recall from 25 years ago. It had everything that we needed and the location was close to the beach and all the bars/restaurants and shops in cala en porter. the welcome pack with water and local produce was greatly appreciated. "The villa was an ideal for our family of 9. The villa was well equipped and the outside layout was particularly good. Children could be in the pool and adults could sit comfortably in the shade whilst allbeing together in the space. The manager was very helpful when we asked for a few extra items. The only slight issue was the intrusive noise from a nesrby hotel which was quite noisy from afternoon into late evening."

"L’annonce décrit une maison pour 4 avec une chambre , et en plus un canapé lit, il s’agit d’un studio / une seule pièce mitoyen , voisins très proches. L’unique couchage est donc le canapé lit hors d’âge d’une saleté repoussante, on sent la structure le matelas est fait des différents coussins , on y dort très mal. Tous les textiles sont sales/taches ( coussins des banquettes , linge de toilette, fauteuils extérieurs) . Pas de poubelle pas de torchon de cuisine , pas de poêle, vaisselle grasse)....
