"Everything was great except for the elevators.. We booked 5 rooms and all the rooms were on different floors.. We couldn’t go onto each other floors which is very inconvenience "

"This was my third stay at a Wink hotel and as usual, I loved it. I love the concept of being able to stay in a hotel for 24 hours rather than always having to check out by noon. One of the things I loved about this one is the laundry facilities. The location was excellent and had lots of options for coffee and food close by. I know I can always count on Wink for being clean, having a great breakfast, a great gym and friendly staff. Looking forward to when there is a Wink in Hanoi."

"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made it a pleasant experience. They need new TVs in most rooms, new shower fitting, better Wi-Fi routers and/or extenders, and new batteries for the door locks. Even with the problems, I would still consider staying again if I could get one of the few good rooms."
