THE APARTMENT:
The apartment, completely private and located in a historical building, is beautifully decorated and features original 1800's tin tile ceilings, stunning window architecture, an arcade machine for some added fun, an oversized kitchen with quartz counters / bar seating, two full size bathrooms and a breathtaking walk-in shower. Staying in this space downtown is an experience in and of its own.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a twin sized floor mattress with sheets (which can be easily moved to living room if needed), 12-ft ceilings, and direct access to a beautiful master bathroom that features a beautiful walk in shower.
The quartz counter kitchen offers a full sized refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and bar seating. We have coffee, creamer and tea available on site.
The loft itself is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story brick building. After taking one flight of stairs you will find the entrance to the listing where your private rental includes the entire 2BR apartment.
**PARKING** - unload your vehicle right out front and then use our parking pass at the garage 1 block away across the street.
For additional vehicles there are both paid and free overnight options all within walking distance that will be sent to you with check in instructions.
We welcome families of all ages, travelers and working professionals with groups of up to 6 guests. Bed linen, and bath / hand towels are provided.
Washer and dryer are available for use with laundry detergent provided.
The apartment has bar counter seating, a large coffee table and a living room table all suitable for zoom meetings or laptop work. Wireless internet, ironing board, iron and hair dryer available.
There is free wifi and a Roku TV setup for streaming

I live right next to the loft so I am often times readily and quickly available if needed.
Based on AirBnb Guidelines and suggestions, and to help monitor our loft rules, we use an AirBnb recommended signal detection sensor called "Party Squasher" that will send us reports regarding the total number of devices in the loft at any one time. We will not receive any personal information in these reports or information about any one individual device. For more information, please search party squashers privacy policy online
1) NO SMOKING INSIDE: VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND AN ADDITIONAL $1,000 FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO "DE-SMOKE" THE LOFT.
2) NO PARTIES: $150 PER ADDITIONAL GUEST PER NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED FOR GUESTS THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED ON THE RESERVATION. THERE ARE HALLWAY AND PARKING LOT CAMERAS INSTALLED TO MONITOR THIS ACTIVITY.
3) All visitors to the loft must be approved by host - simple text / communication is fine. I am okay with visitors as long as they are communicated and there are not parties.
4) Quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM
5) No Shoes in the loft - please remove shoes in the entryway
