This magnificent home is a wonderful place to enjoy the Bay of Fires, and a relaxing break. The property is a large stunning 4 bedroom home tucked away in a quiet location, adjoining the bush, yet with surprisingly good sea views right up the Bay of Fires to Eddystone Point
Sit back and enjoy the alfresco dining areas, fire up the pizza oven, grab a wine and simply enjoy the fabulous ambience of the beautiful large gardens. Or if that is not your thing, you can just sit on the upper deck and admire the views right across world renowned Bay of Fires.
This is an ideal house for more than one couple to enjoy, and still have complete privacy.
The master bedroom is on a separate level, and features a king bed, walk-in-robe, with an en-suite bathroom. Double doors open out onto the upper level living area, and then out onto the deck.
Separating the master bedroom from the rest of the house, is the open plan dining/kitchen area. The modern kitchen has everything you could ever want. Gas cooktop for instant heat, electric oven, convection microwave, full size fridge/freezer granite benchtops, and 2 drawer dishwasher.
The rest of the house features another living/family room with a smaller dining area. Flat screen television, Nintendo Wii, lots of books and games, desk, and for those cold evenings a wood-fired heater. This no doubt will be the place the children will enjoy!
At this end of the house there are 3 more bedrooms, and a bathroom. The fully-tiled bathroom features a small spa bath, shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet, and a modern laundry. Though we do not have a dryer, there is a large outdoor clothes line, and a clothes horse available.

What to do in Binalong Bay & Surrounds
A short walk down the hill to our local restaurant, Merestä Eatery
Buy a platter or order a pop up picnic from our local Salty Picnic Co
Then wander another 50 meters and you can be lazing or walking along the Beach.
Walk the coastline of our World Famous Bay of Fires. Or go south, along Skeleton Bay - and keep an eye out for the whales in season.
Walk around Grants Lagoon - this time look out for the birds and the wildflowers which include lots of wonderful native orchids.
Book the local tennis court ($5) for a hit of tennis down on the waterfront, whilst the children play in the playground - have a BBQ down on the green.
Take a boat tour up the beautiful Bay of Fires Coastline with Bay of Fires Eco Tours - which leave Binalong Bay Gulch - less than 5 minutes drive away from the house. Or a 15 minute walk.
Jump in the car and take a short 10 minutes drive into St Helens where I suggest you visit the galleries, the collectibles store, and take a stroll down to the waterfront. If you like golf there is a pleasant little golf course. Take the kids to the local Serpentarium. Go the local picture theatre and visit the distillery.
A little further afield takes you to the St Columbia Falls, the Pyangana Cheese Factory, the Pub in the Paddock, the Shop in the Bush, and even the famous Blue Tiers. Or drive south along the Coast and visit Bichino, where you can see the blowhole and visit Natureworld to meet the cute Tasmanian Devils and lots more wildlife. Visit Wineglass Bay at Freycinet. Visit the wineries and a boutique beer brewery - whatever takes your fancy.
