Мое пребывание в Баку было очень интересным и незабываемым. Несмотря на то, что у меня была бронь всего на один день, мне удалось увидеть большую часть города. Сотрудники отеля были очень доброжелательными и отзывчивыми, всегда готовы помочь. Это сделало мою поездку еще более приятной. Отель находится в центре, поэтому я с легкостью мог добраться пешком в любые места. Кухня города была очень разнообразной и вкусной. В целом, это был отличный опыт, и я вернусь сюда через несколько дней.

The rooms in the hotel are large and the beds are comfortable. The location in Baku Old City is ideal for exploring historic sites. We had a major problem at check-in. The first person in our party was able to use his credit card to pay for his room, but multiple cards for the second guest were refused. The hotel staff insisted the problem was with our cards/banks, but calls to the card providers confirmed that the requests for payment were not being received. A staff member accompanied us to a nearby ATM, but that machine declined to process our cards. Upon further exploration in the area, we finally found an ATM that worked. This problem with processing credit cards is a MAJOR issue that needs to be addressed.

Amazing hotel with amazin view! Old rooms in Modern hotel. Same like Baku. Very clean place, rooms comfortable. There is also Spa. But i didnt have time for check there. It was nice explore in Baku. Housekeeper, reception and waiter stuff is very helpfull.

In city center very smART hotel. They are always trying to help you about everything. I had some question about city and reception stuff explained to me all information and i like my room's view and comfort. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely hotel. Thank you for all!
