If you wish to venture out tomakin club is 9 klm away with courtesy bus available, broulee brew house is 7klm away if you like to try craft beer. Broulee main beach is patrolled during summer. Truly a piece of heaven located conveniently between Moruya and Batemans bay. Owner does reside on the property in main house, and pool and bbq area will be shared with owner.
