"Its always nice returning back staying 4 nights in Leisure inn Spires Leura close to the train station over the road and shops and cafe's down the road walking distance is great but iv found that the staff members at Reception on Checking in to be cheeky and fed up when asking for more tea coffee and Bin liners so felt like i couldn't go back and ask for more things i needed. My room was nice and clean i was given room 6 on the ground floor of the Lawson apartment block the only problem pswas...

"Explained the whole process of after hours entry to building when shut and early checkout out when shut which was handy. Also received text messages directly from the hotel if something had happened there (eg lifts not working) then another when they worked again. So great communication"
